Exhibitions

Exhibitions: This Weekend is the Secret Art Sale Exhibition of Habitats & Heritage, formerly the Environmental Trust , based in Twickenham. The artworks relate to local environmental issues, in my case, a drawing and  etching, created in memory of  lost trees at Mitcham Bridge. climate and sea lilies

Black Gold….

Fossilised sea lilies (crinoids) are used as indicators in oil exploration.  Most petroleum is formed, in marine sedimentary rocks, from abundant fatty-acid rich plankton, upon which crinoids feed. (Gk.Kronoeides ‘lily-like’)
